01 — 9 to 11 µm
Household grade.
The foil most households buy: thin enough to fold tightly around a sandwich or over a bowl, strong enough to cover a tray in the oven. 30 cm width, 5 to 30 metres per roll. This is the volume line and the one whose price a retailer compares first.
02 — 12 to 14 µm
Heavy duty.
A thicker gauge for grilling, roasting and lining a pan that will see high heat and a spatula. It tears less on bone and on the edge of a tray. Sold at a premium on the shelf; the thickness is printed on the front of the box so the customer can see why.
03 — 45 cm catering
Kitchen scale.
Restaurant, hotel and catering rolls: 45 cm width, 100 to 150 metres, in a dispenser carton with a serrated blade. One roll replaces fifteen household boxes and is bought by the pallet by food-service distributors.

Six lines for one shelf.

Aluminium Foil
Household and catering aluminium foil in alloy 8011 or 8079, soft temper. Household rolls 30 cm wide in 5, 10, 20 and 30 m at 9 to 14 µm; catering rolls 29 and 45 cm wide up to 150 m. Supplied in a printed box with a serrated cutter; length and thickness printed on the front.

Baking Paper
Silicone-coated baking paper, coated on both sides, white or natural brown. Rolls 38 cm wide in 5, 8 and 10 m, and pre-cut sheets 40 × 60 cm for bakeries. Non-stick without greasing, for oven use up to 220 °C.

Cling Film
PE stretch cling film for food, PVC-free. Household rolls 30 cm wide in 20, 30, 50 and 100 m; catering rolls 45 cm × 300 m in a dispenser carton with a slide cutter. Clings to glass, ceramic and plastic without an adhesive.

Aluminium Containers
Rectangular and round aluminium trays with board or aluminium lids, from 250 to 3000 ml. Wrinkle-wall for takeaway and ready meals, smooth-wall for bakeries. Oven, freezer and grill safe; supplied nested in cartons of 100 to 1000.
